The 'balls to the wall' workout

Are you ready to get on the ball with your workout routine? The majority of fitness folk waste precious time with water breaks, walking from machine to machine and getting stuck in unprovoked babble with Glen the garlic breathing gym gnome, who always has a fresh roll of photos on hand to share from his latest vacation to I Couldn't Care Less. Flush the fitness fluff out of your workout and get the ball rolling - the medicine ball, that is.

On Tap.  Put a little bounce in your step by placing the medicine ball on the floor, setting your stopwatch for sixty-seconds and tap, tap, tap away like a modern day Fred Astaire. This exercise hones in on skills such as agility, coordination, balance and fancy footwork, which are essential for improving cardiovascular health.
